Effect of the energy saving for machines

The motor power is decreasing at low speed in the machine of the constant torque.
Motors in hydraulic machines rotate a constant speed by the commercial power supply. When the motor power is changed in manufacturing process, the effect of energy conservation can be hoped for by the inverter installation.
In case of injection molding machines, it needs a high oil pressure at injection process. But others process don't need such a high pressure. In this case, the motor speed can decrease by inverters, and inverters perform a lot of energy saving effect.

* Energy saving effect
    221,419-161,806=59,613kWh

* Amount of CO2 reduction
    0.412kg/kWhx59,613kWh=24,560.6kg/year
